Point to point
One Brooklyn address to another, or a run into Manhattan, out to Queens, or down to the pier.
One fixed quote for the route, confirmed before you book.

Brooklyn · Kings County
From Greenpoint down to Coney Island, a chauffeur who picks the crossing for the hour you are travelling and says what the toll adds. The fare is fixed before you confirm, and an airport run follows the flight rather than the clock.
The short version, before the detail.
Off the borough
Five ways off the borough, and the right one changes with the hour and the address. The three bridges cross for nothing. The tunnel is tolled, and is sometimes still the quicker road.
No toll · lands at City Hall
The short hop from Downtown Brooklyn and Brooklyn Heights into the Financial District. Narrow lanes, and a queue that builds on the Brooklyn approach through the day, so we use it when the address is south of Chambers Street.
No toll · lands at Canal Street
The crossing for SoHo, Chinatown and the Lower East Side. Canal Street on the Manhattan side is the slow half of the trip rather than the bridge itself, and we build that in instead of promising around it.
No toll · lands at Delancey Street
The crossing for North Brooklyn. From Williamsburg, Greenpoint or Bushwick it reaches the Lower East Side without touching the expressway, which matters most in the evening peak.
Tolled · lands on West Street
The Battery Tunnel, from Red Hook and Carroll Gardens to the southern tip of Manhattan. The toll is passed through at cost. Its connections to West Street sit outside the congestion zone, so a run that stays on them is not charged the per-trip fee.
No toll · the spine of the borough
The road that ties the other four together, running into Queens at one end and down to the Verrazzano at the other. It is also the one most likely to hold you: old, narrow and busy both ways at peak. We price the route we intend to drive and say when the BQE is the risk.
A tolled crossing is taken when it is genuinely the faster road, not to pad the fare. The toll goes on the quote at the price the authority charges and is never marked up.
Brooklyn itself is not in the congestion zone. A journey that ends on a local street at or below 60th Street in Manhattan does enter it, and the small per-trip charge is shown with the fare and passed through at cost.
Brooklyn Cruise Terminal
The Brooklyn Cruise Terminal is in Red Hook, which is a Brooklyn address and not a Manhattan one. That decides how the fare is worked out, and the boarding time on your ticket decides when the car arrives.
Coming home, give us the ship and the docking date rather than a time. Customs and disembarkation move, and a pickup booked against the ship is still right when the queue is long.
A ticket gives both, and they are hours apart. The pickup is worked back from the boarding window, because that is when the terminal expects you and when the queue is at the door.
A fortnight at sea is not a cabin bag each. Give us the case count and we put you in a vehicle that takes the lot in one journey rather than two.
A whole ship boards inside the same few hours and the streets around the terminal fill for it. We plan the approach around that instead of finding it on the day.
An airport run to or from the pier is quoted for the route like any other Brooklyn address. Red Hook is not Manhattan, and the quote knows it.
Not what is inside these places. What each one does to a car: where it can stop, which street empties all at once, and which side to be waiting on.
Barclays Center
620 Atlantic Avenue
Atlantic and Flatbush meet at the door, which makes the kerb outside the slowest place in the borough after a show. We name a pickup a street or two off the plaza and you are moving while the crowd is still on the pavement.
Brooklyn Museum and Botanic Garden
Eastern Parkway at Washington Avenue
Two entrances on the same parkway, with the service road the only place a car can genuinely wait. Say which of the two you are at and the chauffeur is at that door rather than at the junction between them.
Prospect Park
Grand Army Plaza to Parkside Avenue
The park drives are closed to traffic, so every pickup is on a street around the edge or at a named gate. Grand Army Plaza is a roundabout rather than a kerb, so we use the streets off it.
Brooklyn Academy of Music
Lafayette Avenue, Fort Greene
More than one auditorium a short walk apart, finishing at different times. Tell us which one and the car is timed to your curtain rather than to the building.
Downtown Brooklyn and Borough Hall
Court Street and Cadman Plaza
The courts, the civic buildings and the offices around them, on streets where the standing rules change block by block. A named cross street beats a building number here every time.
Industry City
Sunset Park, off Third Avenue
A run of converted warehouses with courtyards between them and more than one way in. Give us the building number and we pull up to that one instead of leaving you to walk the block.
Green-Wood Cemetery
Fifth Avenue at 25th Street
Gates on more than one side and quiet roads inside. For a funeral we hold the car at the gate the party is using and move with the party, not with a schedule written the night before.
Coney Island and the boardwalk
Surf Avenue, southern Brooklyn
No cars on the boardwalk, so a pickup is on Surf Avenue or a side street off it. Summer weekends fill the whole approach, which we allow for rather than promise around.
The Belt Parkway
Bay Ridge round into Queens
The shore road, and the way to JFK from most of the borough. Quick when it is clear and short of useful exits when it is not, which is why the airport time on this page is a range.
The Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge
Bay Ridge to Staten Island
Tolled, and the way towards Staten Island and New Jersey without going through Manhattan. The toll is added to the quote at cost, the same as any other.
Give us the flight number and the pickup follows the aircraft. Every arrival includes 60 minutes of wait time.
JFK
The closest airport to most of the borough, by the Belt Parkway or straight out along Atlantic Avenue. Priced on the route, not at the flat Manhattan rate.
25-60 min
LGA
North on the BQE and through Queens. The expressway decides this number far more than the airport does, so we set the pickup by what it is doing at that hour.
35-70 min
EWR
Two ways over: the Verrazzano and the Goethals, or through Manhattan. Both are tolled, and the tolls go on the quote at cost.
45-90 min
Drive times are typical, not guaranteed. Traffic, weather and roadworks all move them, which is why we watch the flight instead of the clock.
Three formats cover everything we do here, and every one is quoted before you confirm.
One Brooklyn address to another, or a run into Manhattan, out to Queens, or down to the pier.
One fixed quote for the route, confirmed before you book.
A day with several stops: a viewing round, a wedding, a shoot, with the car held between them.
Blocks of four to sixteen hours, with the car staying and waiting included.
JFK, LaGuardia or Newark Liberty, with the flight watched and 60 minutes of wait time on every arrival.
Quoted per vehicle for the airport and the address, with the flight watched.
Charged on top
A car service that promises to beat traffic is a car service that will be late and surprised about it.
Vetted, licensed, insured and dispatched to be early. That part is entirely ours, and we will not blame a bridge for it.
One expressway carries most of the borough and it stops without warning. What we can do is build the pickup around the hour rather than pretend the road is empty.
Lane closures and overnight work change the bridges and the tunnel at short notice. We reroute, and we tell you before you are sitting in it.
The fare is worked out before you confirm and does not move for the weather or the hour. Tolls, parking and the congestion charge are passed through at cost.
A sedan covers two people and two cases. Cruise luggage, a family or a group settles it long before style does.
Brooklyn is where a great many of our journeys start. These are the pages nearest this one.
