Grand Central Terminal
89 East 42nd Street at Park Avenue
Vanderbilt Avenue on the west side is the calmest place to meet a car. Tell us which exit you will use and the chauffeur will be standing there rather than circling 42nd Street.

Manhattan · New York County
From the Battery to Inwood, a chauffeur who knows which corner a car can actually stop on. The fare is fixed before you confirm it, the congestion charge is on the quote rather than on the invoice, and the airport run follows your flight instead of the clock.
The short version, before the detail.
The Congestion Relief Zone
Since January 2025 the local streets and avenues of Manhattan at and below 60th Street have been a tolled zone. A licensed for-hire vehicle is not charged the daily toll a private car pays. It carries a small per-trip charge instead, set by the MTA and paid by the passenger.
Rates and boundaries are the MTA's and can change. What does not change is that you see the charge before you confirm the booking.
All three of Manhattan's terminals are surrounded by streets a car cannot idle on. Booking a pickup point beats hunting for one with luggage.
89 East 42nd Street at Park Avenue
Vanderbilt Avenue on the west side is the calmest place to meet a car. Tell us which exit you will use and the chauffeur will be standing there rather than circling 42nd Street.
351 West 31st Street, and Seventh to Eighth Avenue at 33rd
Two halls that people use interchangeably and cars cannot. Say which one you are arriving into and we will name a cross street a car can hold on.
Eighth to Ninth Avenue, 40th to 42nd Street
Four blocks of terminal with traffic on every side. A pickup a block off the building is faster than one at the door, every time.
West Side, around 46th to 54th Street
A Manhattan address, minutes from Midtown. Give us the boarding time on the ticket, not the sailing time.
Not a list of what to see. A list of what each place does to a car: where it can stop, when the street is closed, and which side of the building to be on.
Central Park
59th to 110th Street, Fifth Avenue to Central Park West
Cars cross it on the transverses at 65th, 79th, 85th and 97th. The park drives themselves are closed to traffic, so a pickup is always on an avenue, never inside.
The Theater District
Broadway, roughly 41st to 54th Street
Curtain down empties forty theatres onto the same eight blocks at once. We meet you a street or two clear of the marquee and you are moving in minutes rather than twenty.
Museum Mile
Fifth Avenue, 82nd to 105th Street
North of 60th, so outside the congestion zone. Fifth Avenue runs one way downtown, which decides which corner the car waits on.
The High Line and Hudson Yards
Gansevoort Street to 34th Street
An elevated park with stairs at intervals and a car park at neither end. Pick your access point when you book and we will meet you at the foot of it.
Madison Square Garden
4 Pennsylvania Plaza, above Penn Station
Twenty thousand people leave in ten minutes, into the block that also holds a railway station. A pickup point two streets away is the difference between leaving and queuing.
Wall Street and the Financial District
South of Chambers Street
Narrow, old streets with security closures that move. Battery Park City and the West Side Highway edge are where a car can reliably stand.
The Battery and the ferries
The southern tip of the island
Statue of Liberty and Staten Island ferries both leave from here. Sailing times are fixed and the security queue is not, so we build in more than you think you need.
Lincoln Center
Columbus Avenue at 63rd Street
Three halls with three different finishing times on the same plaza. Tell us which one and we will time the car to your curtain, not the campus.
Give us the flight number and the pickup follows the aircraft. Every arrival includes 60 minutes of wait time.
JFK
Flat rate to and from Manhattan. The Van Wyck is the variable, and it is a big one at rush hour.
45-75 min
LGA
The closest of the three to Midtown. The Grand Central Parkway and the RFK Bridge decide the number.
25-50 min
EWR
A New Jersey crossing: the Lincoln or Holland Tunnel, with the toll added at cost.
40-75 min
Drive times are typical, not guaranteed. Traffic, weather and roadworks all move them, which is why we watch the flight instead of the clock.
Three formats cover everything we do here, and every one is quoted before you confirm.
One address to another: home to a restaurant, an office to a station, a hotel to a pier.
One fixed quote for the route, confirmed before you book.
A day with more than a couple of stops, or an evening where you want the car waiting rather than re-booked.
Blocks of four to sixteen hours, with the car staying and waiting included.
JFK, LaGuardia or Newark Liberty, with the flight watched and 60 minutes of wait time on every arrival.
Quoted per vehicle for the airport and the address, with the flight watched.
Charged on top
A car service that promises to beat traffic is a car service that will be late and surprised about it.
Vetted, licensed, insured, and dispatched to be early. That part is entirely ours and we will not blame anything else for it.
Nobody does. What we can do is build the pickup around what the street is like at that hour, and tell you honestly when a time is tight.
Parades, filming, marathons and emergency work close Manhattan avenues at short notice. We reroute, and we tell you before you are sitting in it.
The fare is worked out before you confirm and does not move because of the weather, the hour or the demand. Tolls and the congestion charge are passed through at cost.
A sedan is the sensible default for two people and two cases. Anything more, and seats or luggage decide it before style does.
Manhattan is where most of our journeys start or end, but not where they stop.
