Event transportation
From private celebrations to corporate functions, we provide scheduled transportation designed around your event itinerary. Send us the schedule and the headcount, and we plan the cars around them.
Each one moves a crowd on a clock. The cars are booked the ordinary way, one booking per vehicle, and planned together so the timings line up.
Speakers collected from the airport, a shuttle between the hotel and the venue, and cars home at the end of the day. Each leg is timed to your agenda.
Guests from the hotel to the ceremony, on to the reception, and back again at the end of the night. The couple's car is booked on its own, so it never waits on a shuttle.
Getting in is easy. Getting out is the hard part. We agree a pickup point a short walk from the main exit, where a car can actually stop.
Exhibitors with cases and sample boxes, visitors on a loop between the hotel and the hall. Give us the loading door and the bag count, and we send a vehicle that fits both.
A team day out, a school trip, a family reunion. One vehicle for everyone where the headcount allows it, and several running together where it does not.

A sample conference day, written the way we plan one. Yours will have its own times. Send them and we build the cars around them.

Guests flying out early go to JFK or LaGuardia, each booked as an airport transfer.
Everyone to the restaurant in one run. The coach is booked by the hour and waits outside.
Cars wait at the side entrance, where there is room to stop, and take each guest back to the hotel or home.
There is no separate event price. Each car on the plan is booked as one of these, whichever fits what it is doing.
