Group travel
That one number decides everything else: the vehicle, the luggage room, and whether this is one booking or two. Seat counts are hard limits and we do not exceed them.
6 people One SUV.
Count everyone travelling, including children in seats. Then read across.
One sedan
A sedan carries three. If there are bags for three, check the luggage figure before you book one.
One SUV
Six seats and real boot space. The usual answer for a family or a small team.
One van
Everyone stays together and there is room for the luggage under the seats rather than on laps.
A bus, or two vans
One vehicle is simpler to run than two. Two is sometimes faster when the collections are far apart.
A coach, or several vehicles
This is a phone call rather than a form. Tell us the headcount, the addresses and the times and we will plan it.
Seat counts are a legal limit, not a guideline. A party of nine is two vehicles, however well everyone knows each other.
Guests from the hotel to the venue and back, in waves or all at once.
A team from the airport to the office, or between sites during a conference.
Everyone in one vehicle, nobody driving, one pickup at the end.
Several generations and the luggage that comes with them.
Kit takes room. Tell us what is travelling as well as who.
